**MAKEUP JUNKIE PRE-ORDER INFORMATION**

Processing time for pre-orders is dependent on when your order is placed and/or how soon your selections for your custom item(s) are finalized. The date you place your order or pay your invoice is NOT the date your order's production starts. 

 

Makeup Junkie Bags: Once your selections are finalized, your custom order is sent in to be made either same day or next business day. From this date, please allow 7-15 Business Days for your item(s) to be made by the manufacturer. Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days for delivery which is dependent on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Delivery time does not include weekends.

 

NOTE: During the 4th Quarter (October-December) production delays may occur so please place your orders and finalize your selections in a timely manner. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS/UPS exceptions beyond our control.

  • Delays with shipping due to post office error.

  • International Duties or Customs charges

  • Theft, damage or loss of packages during and after delivery.
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

 

Return policy:

We Only Offer Store Credit For Returns, We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges. WE CANNOT cancel your order. We CANNOT cancel pre orders. 

  • Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sneakers may be returned for store credit as long as they are unused and sent back in the original box. 
  • Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
  • When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit.
  • ACCESSORIES, PRE ORDERS, INTIMATES, AND SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

  • If approved for a return, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account with us within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return.
  • If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account if you’d like to place an order using this credit.
  • If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email hello@glamfoxboutique.com before placing your order.
  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $8 return shipping charge.

Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

Glamfox offers the following shipping processes:

  • USPS: First class 2-5 business days transit
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 transit
  • Priority 1 Day: 1-2 day transit  
  • Local Pickup - please select local pickup 

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
