**MAKEUP JUNKIE PRE-ORDER INFORMATION**

Processing time for pre-orders is dependent on when your order is placed and/or how soon your selections for your custom item(s) are finalized. The date you place your order or pay your invoice is NOT the date your order's production starts. Please see the Processing Time Chart below for Current Pre-Order turn around time. Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days for delivery which is dependent on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Delivery time does not include weekends.

PLEASE NOTE: During the 4th Quarter (October-December) production delays may occur so please place your orders and finalize your selections in a timely manner. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS/UPS exceptions beyond our control.

Measuring from home is as easy as knowing what size you currently wear and converting the measurement to your shoe size using the following charts:

Although we strive to provide consistent sizing across all products, some styles may run smaller or larger than our regular sizing. We ask you to please also rely on the sizer bar on the side of each product.

SHUSHOP adult styles come from sizes 5 to 11. However, the MAJORITY starts at size 6. Most classes are available in half sizes from 6½ to 10, and many are available in size 11. We do not offer size 9½.

SHUSHOP women's slippers and every open-back shoe tend to run small. We recommend ordering the half size up unless otherwise noted.

Please note: Toddlers size runs from 7 to 12, and Kids from 13 to 5.

 

VINTAGE HAVANA

  • Delays with shipping due to post office error.

  • International Duties or Customs charges

  • Theft, Damage or Loss of Packages During and After Delivery.
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS is responsible once we ship the packages.

  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You have 24 hours from when your order is placed to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has begun processing and cannot be cancelled. Pre-Orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Glamfox Accepts Returns for Store Credit within 14 business days or Exchanges within 7 business days of your order being mark delivered.

  • Merchandise may be returned for a Store Credit within 14 business days of delivery.
  • Sneakers may be returned for Store Credit as long as they are unused and sent back in the original packaging.
  • Fleur By Glamfox Forever Roses are final sale and non-returnable items as they are specialty shipped with a travel safety ribbon. 
  • Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Store Credit will only be applied for the item(s) returned and not for any shipping and handling charges.
  • If your order was placed through an installment plan such as Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay or Sezzle, please contact us prior to starting your return!
  • Orders placed with through an installment plan such as Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay or Sezzle will be refunded back to the installment plan provider. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • A Shipping Return Label Fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your Store Credit.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit.
  • PRE-ORDERS cannot be cancelled and are final sale.

  • INTIMATES, AND SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

  • If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account if you’d like to place a new order using this credit.
  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $8 return shipping charge.

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 Business Days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

At Glamfox Boutique, we take chargebacks and disputes seriously to protect both our customers and our business. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, please note the following policies will apply:

  1. Order Holds: Once a chargeback or dispute is initiated, all current and future orders associated with the account in question will be placed on hold. This includes any pending or newly placed orders.

  2. Investigation Process: Our fraud department will thoroughly investigate the chargeback or dispute in collaboration with the issuing bank and payment processor. This process is vital to ensure a fair resolution.

  3. Resolution Requirement: Orders will not be shipped until the chargeback or dispute is fully resolved. If the dispute is found in the customer’s favor, appropriate actions will be taken to refund or resolve the issue. If the chargeback is found invalid, orders will be released for shipment once confirmation is received.

  4. Communication: We will maintain open communication with you during the investigation and resolution process. You may be required to provide additional documentation or information to assist in resolving the dispute.

  5. Future Transactions: Customers who file chargebacks or disputes may be required to use alternative payment methods or verify their account details for any future purchases to prevent further issues.
