Measuring from home is as easy as knowing what size you currently wear and converting the measurement to your shoe size using the following charts:
Although we strive to provide consistent sizing across all products, some styles may run smaller or larger than our regular sizing. We ask you to please also rely on the sizer bar on the side of each product.
SHUSHOP adult styles come from sizes 5 to 11. However, the MAJORITY starts at size 6. Most classes are available in half sizes from 6½ to 10, and many are available in size 11. We do not offer size 9½.
SHUSHOP women's slippers and every open-back shoe tend to run small. We recommend ordering the half size up unless otherwise noted.
Please note: Toddlers size runs from 7 to 12, and Kids from 13 to 5.

Glamfox offers UPS and USPS shipping options at checkout. Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Texas within 2-3 business days for Ready-To-Ship items (unless stated otherwise on your item description). Online orders may be picked up from our warehouse Monday - Friday 11:00AM to 4:00PM CST. Orders placed by 12:00PM CST are available to be picked up the SAME business day! Orders placed after 4:00PM CST will be available for pick-up the following business day! You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Orders will be kept at the warehouse until they are picked up!

Makeup Junkie Bags: Once your selections are finalized, your custom order is sent to Makeup Junkie. Once Makeup Junkie accepts your order from us, please allow 15-21 Business Days for your item(s) to be made by the manufacturer. Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days for delivery which is dependent on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Delivery time does not include weekends.
Custom Beaded Bags: Once your selections are finalized, your custom order is sent in to be made either same day or next business day. From this date, please allow 21 Business Days for your item(s) to be made by the manufacturer. Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days for delivery which is dependent on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Delivery time does not include weekends.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping protection with Route is offered during checkout to protect packages from being lost, damaged, or stolen. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact customer service and file a claim at https://claims.route.com/. If the item(s) is still available, Route will place a new order for you and a replacement will be sent out. If the item(s) is not available, you are issued a refund. U.S. STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Processing time for ready-to-ship items is 1-2 Business Days. Shipping time typically take anywhere from 3-8 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. U.S. Standard Ground Shipping is free on all orders over $75+

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. International Shipping can take 7-20 Business Days.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 Business Days, you will receive store credit for your item(s).

You have 24 hours from when your order is placed to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has begun processing and cannot be cancelled. Pre-Orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Glamfox Accepts Returns for Store Credit within 14 business days or Exchanges within 7 business days of your order being mark delivered.
- Merchandise may be returned for a Store Credit within 14 business days of delivery.
- Sneakers may be returned for Store Credit as long as they are unused and sent back in the original packaging.
- Fleur By Glamfox Forever Roses are final sale and non-returnable items as they are specialty shipped with a travel safety ribbon.
- Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Store Credit will only be applied for the item(s) returned and not for any shipping and handling charges.
- If your order was placed through an installment plan such as Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay or Sezzle, please contact us prior to starting your return!
- Orders placed with through an installment plan such as Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay or Sezzle will be refunded back to the installment plan provider. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- A Shipping Return Label Fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your Store Credit.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit.
