The Sidekick has a sleek design and each individual sidekick comes with an adjustable universal strap attached to two D-rings located at each end. These D-rings allow for a quick easy swap to pair your sidekick with any strap you choose. Featured on the back is a loop designed that can hook the sidekick to a personal belt on your pants to situate it like a Fanny pack. The interior includes one interior pocket with fun coordinating interior prints. Each sidekick is backed with our lifetime warranty.
Care Instructions: Fiesta Floral Sidekicks are washable on cold only. Lay flat or hang to dry, do not use iron.

Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days for delivery which is dependent on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Delivery time does not include weekends.

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP
Online orders may be picked up from our warehouse Monday - Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM CST. Orders placed by 12:00PM CST are available to be picked up the SAME business day! Orders placed after 4:00PM CST will be available for pick-up the following business day! You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Orders will be kept at the warehouse until they are picked up!

U.S. STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Processing time for ready-to-ship items is 1-2 Business Days. Shipping time typically take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. U.S. Standard Ground Shipping is free on all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. International Shipping can take 7-20 Business Days.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 Business Days, you will receive store credit for your item(s).
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping protection with Route is offered during checkout to protect packages from being lost, damaged, or stolen. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact customer service and file a claim at https://claims.route.com/. If the item(s) is still available, Route will place a new order for you and a replacement will be sent out. If the item(s) is not available, you are issued a refund. You may choose for either a refund or replacement during your claim if available. If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, please contact your carrier for any package/shipping issues.

PROCESSING TIME
Glamfox offers UPS and USPS shipping options at checkout. Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Texas within 1-2 business days for ready-to-ship items (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.

Return policy:
We Only Offer Store Credit For Returns, We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges. WE CANNOT cancel your order. We CANNOT cancel pre orders.
- Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery.
- Sneakers may be returned for store credit as long as they are unused and sent back in the original box.
- Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
- When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit.

- If approved for a return, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account with us within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return.
