Online orders may be picked up from our warehouse Monday - Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM CST. Orders placed by 12:00PM CST are available to be picked up the SAME business day! Orders placed after 4:00PM CST will be available for pick-up the following business day! You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Orders will be kept at the warehouse until they are picked up!

PRE-ORDERS

Processing time for pre-orders is dependent on how soon your selections for your custom item(s) are finalized. The date you place your order or pay your invoice is NOT the date your order's production starts.

Makeup Junkie Bags: Once your selections are finalized, your custom order is sent in to be made either same day or next business day. From this date, please allow 7-15 Business Days for your item(s) to be made by the manufacturer. Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days for delivery which is dependent on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Delivery time does not include weekends.

Custom Beaded Bags: Once your selections are finalized, your custom order is sent in to be made either same day or next business day. From this date, please allow 20 Business Days for your item(s) to be made by the manufacturer. Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days for delivery which is dependent on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Delivery time does not include weekends.

NOTE: During the 4th Quarter (October-December) production delays may occur so please place your orders and finalize your selections in a timely manner. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS/UPS exceptions beyond our control.

U.S. STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING

Processing time for ready-to-ship items is 1-2 Business Days. Shipping time typically take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. U.S. Standard Ground Shipping is free on all orders.

You may upgrade to 3-Day Shipping at checkout. Orders placed before 12:00PM CST will ship out same business day and you will receive your order within three business days. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. You may upgrade to 1-Day Shipping at checkout. Orders placed before 12:00PM CST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. International Shipping can take 7-20 Business Days.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 Business Days, you will receive store credit for your item(s).

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection with Route is offered during checkout to protect packages from being lost, damaged, or stolen. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact customer service and file a claim at https://claims.route.com/. If the item(s) is still available, Route will place a new order for you and a replacement will be sent out. If the item(s) is not available, you are issued a refund. You may choose for either a refund or replacement during your claim if available. If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, please contact your carrier for any package/shipping issues.

PROCESSING TIME

Glamfox offers UPS and USPS shipping options at checkout. Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Texas within 1-2 business days for ready-to-ship items (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.

Delays with shipping due to post office error.
International Duties or Customs charges
Theft, damage or loss of packages during and after delivery.
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
